Well yesterday’s Matchplay result was sole destroying, from feeling completely in control 2up through 5 holes to then a/s through 9 & then to get beat 1 up is definitely a tough pill to swallow 🤦‍♂️

However, there is more positives from the situation than there is negatives. I am looking forward to taking a break from competitive golf till next year as I feel very much burnt out from it 😅

Well yesterday was an interesting round of golf 😂

From only hitting 3 fairways & possibly hitting the ball the worst I’ve struck it this year to shooting level 70 was impressive! Some impressive recovery shots if I do say so myself 😮‍💨

Managed to somehow squeeze into next weeks Matchplay event at Slaley Hall 👏

Course Official Brancepeth Castle Golf Club was phenomenal possibly the best greens I’ve putted on this year, looking forward to seeing you again on Friday for our DeanFoxMNDFoundation Charity Day 👍
