Preschool had a busy this morning taking part in The Big Toddle to help to raise money for Barnardo's!!

The children explored the local woodland dressed as jungle animals as a part of a sponsored walk.

The children loved talking about the different animals and how they move, where they live and what they might like to eat and do in the jungle.

The Snowy Owls have had a fun filled day celebrating Red Nose Day! 🔴
We all came dressed in our red clothes! We enjoyed some Red water play outdoors, created our own red noses with the playdough, and had lots of fun doing lots of dancing- with some face paint to end the day!

This month the preschool children are learning all about LOVE. So this morning the children showed love towards the community and had afternoon tea with the Lord Mayor!!

The children showed off their literacy skills by following along to the story and showed brilliant confidence when talking and asking questions.

The children loved their time with the lord Mayor and developed their knowledge on the community where they live.

Well here we have Lorraine with yet another 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had a routine inspection with food hygiene yesterday and once again Lorraine flew it
Well done ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Teddy Bear’s Picnic🧸📚

To kick start story telling week, the red room children have all joined in with our very own Teddy Bear’s Picnic!

We joined in with different crafts and activites in the morning, including making our own sandwiches, gluing and sticking our own teddy bear, and a messy tuff tray!

We then enjoyed a yummy picnic with our friends for our dinner😋

Today the preschool children have been extending their knowledge on winter and the animals that live in the cold weather. We visited PEAK WILDLIFE PARK!!
We explored all the different animals and spoke about where animals live and what they might eat.

The children loved their time and have learnt lots of new things about polar bears, penguins and artic foxes.
