💛 First class nerves? We understand we are parents too!

💛 Starting a new class can feel daunting - sometimes even overwhelming. Please know we will always welcome you personally, show you where everything is, explain how the session runs & most importantly, do everything we can to help you feel comfortable & at ease before we start.

Worried about how your baby will react? Please don’t be
💚 It doesn’t matter if your baby cries! All babies cry & we are all parents & understand the feeling.
💚 It doesn’t matter if your baby falls asleep! Research shows that newborns continue to process sounds, textures & movement while sleeping. Your baby is still taking it all in.
💚 It doesn’t matter if your baby needs a feed! Bottle or breastfeed wherever & whenever you need to (during activities, in the play break, or even after class.) Feed your baby on demand just like you would at home.
💚 It doesn’t matter if your baby needs a nappy change! We have changing facilities available, cleaning products ready & nappy bags by the weighing scales for disposal. Honestly… we’re very used to p**p explosions.

💛 All of these things can (and do) happen. We don’t bat an eyelid & neither will the other grown-ups. We’re all in the same boat you are in the best company!
💛 Babies still need feeds, naps, cuddles & changes even when you leave the house. That doesn’t stop just because you’re in class!

💚 It is our mission to create a warm, welcoming, supportive & completely judgement-free space for you & your baby. We want you to feel excitement every time it’s Baby Sensory day together so anything you need to know just ask us! We can’t wait to get to know you!

🐚 We have been exploring beach sensory bowls this week at our Baby Sensory Beach Party! 🐚

Sensory trays are a fantastic way to introduce babies to new textures, develop their fine motor skills & are really relaxing too! Every item in our sensory trays has been carefully planned to be purposeful & link to babies’ real life experiences! Plus we clean up all of the mess for you & it's been messy!!

💛 Here’s why our tiny baby classes get booked so quickly. Did you know that a newborn's brain contains more than 100 billion brain cells (neurons)! Some of these neurons were wired in the prenatal period for specific functions such as breathing & heartbeat.

💛 However, the majority of connections for vision, language, hearing, smell, taste, movement & all-round learning will be formed in the first 3 months of baby’s life.

💛 At Baby Sensory all of our activities support early learning & classes are suitable right from birth. At Baby Sensory we know babies are truly amazing!
