π€ Bridging Education & Industry: Launching the myFUTURE Gateways π
What an incredible morning for collaborative education! We were thrilled to welcome over 25+ local employers to our myFUTURE Business Breakfast event. This marks a major milestone as Alpha Academies Trust, Three Spires Trust, Potteries Educational Trust, and CEO Futures Forum partner to officially launch our 6 Employment Gatewaysβa joint roadmap for students to discover careers and build work-ready skills across Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire.
Our shared myFUTURE strategy is all about bridging the gap between education and industry, allowing local business leaders to help align student learning with modern, real-world workforce needs.
The highlight was watching students from across our trusts confidently network and engage directly with employers. As they choose their Gateways, these young people asked insightful questions and took proactive steps toward planning their future careers.
When multi-academy trusts and regional employers collaborate, we inspire the next generation. Together, our three trusts look forward to working closely with these businesses to build lasting partnerships and co-create the workforce of tomorrow.
Your Choice. Your Gateway. myFUTURE.
