Super proud of these 2 girlies completing their first 5k run at Trentham Gardens last night.
We've been focusing on improving their fitness levels in their PT sessions, alongside this they've been working through the Couch to 5K app.
Their consistency, determination and hard work have paid off, and they should be incredibly proud of what they've achieved - I know I am!! 🥰💜
