We’re a day late for International Women’s Day.

But let’s be honest… the women we’re celebrating were probably busy doing ten other things yesterday anyway.

Being a woman can mean being a mum, a daughter, a sister, a wife, a friend, a leader, a boss… sometimes all before lunchtime.

It’s the meetings and the messages.
The remembering and the organising.
The supporting, encouraging and occasionally finding the thing that was “definitely not there five minutes ago.”

And yes — plenty of brilliant men are juggling the same chaos too.

Every week, 12 young people under 35 in the UK lose their lives to Sudden Arrhythmic Death Syndrome. That’s 12 families shattered by something that could have been prevented.

The government has placed defibrillators in schools.

👏 That’s a win.

But here’s the problem… most staff haven’t been trained to use them.
