Special Gentlemen’s Lunch 🍽️

Today we were delighted to host our annual Special Gentlemen’s Lunch at school. It was wonderful to welcome our families into school to share a meal and spend quality time with our pupils.

🌧️ Year 6 Residential at Stanley Head

Despite the wet and chilly weather, our Year 6 children embraced every moment of their residential visit to Stanley Head! They truly lived out our school values—showing resilience, teamwork and positivity throughout the week.

From challenging outdoor adventures to trying brand new activities, every child stepped outside their comfort zone and made memories to last a lifetime. We are incredibly proud of their determination and enthusiasm!

It was a wet yet wonderful day for our nursery children at Amerton Farm. They saw lots of animals, splashed in the puddles, rode on the tractor and showed off their physical development skills in the play area. The rain didn’t stop them from having lots of fun and learning about life on a farm.

Year 3 have been learning about our local area including the pottery industry. As part of their topic, they visited Gladstone Pottery Museum. They had a fantastic time and created some brilliant clay art work. Well done!

We are thrilled to unveil our brand-new Food Technology Room — a fantastic addition to support and inspire learning within our Design & Technology curriculum!

This space will give our children the opportunity to:
👩‍🍳 Develop practical cooking skills
🥗 Learn about nutrition, food science and healthy choices
🧠 Build creativity, independence and confidence

This new facility reflects our commitment to providing high-quality, engaging learning environments where children can thrive and develop essential life skills.
