📚📖WORLD BOOK DAY!📖📚

World Book Day is on the 7th March, however we will be celebrating it all week so if your child does not attend on a Thursday then please don't worry 😊

Your child is welcome to dress up as their favourite book character in a costume, however we fully understand the cost of living struggles that some of our families have so please don't feel pressured to go out and buy a costume if you don't have one already. Your child can come to nursery in their comfiest clothes or pyjamas or even wear a character t-shirt if they have one, and they can bring their favourite book to share with us here!

World Book Week is about celebrating stories and gaining a love for reading ❤️

🤍🥞🌈🏴‍☠️ FEBRUARY AT LITTLE ROBINS.
This month the children have explored a various of learning experiences
We all celebrated the love of Valentine’s Day and Pancake Day and even had some special parents stay for our stay and play. We all explored Chinese New Year and enjoyed a special classic Chinese dish for dinner throughout the week.
Babies have explored Movement Week, The Weather and The Farm and have been involved in ALOT of messy activities throughout the month using all of their senses to develop their learning
Toddlers and Preschool explored Pirate Week and Superhero & Fairytale Week giving opportunities to practise their scissor skills, designing their own crowns and masks, exploring adjectives to develop their imagination when creating their own superhero or princess and of course we created our own ‘walk the plank’ to practice those balancing skills!

We would like to welcome Adele to our team!
Adele started with us in the new year and has settled very well into the baby room looking after the youngest of our children.
Adele has already made amazing relationships with all of our children, staff and the parents.
Adele is very eager to learn and has implemented some amazing activities over the last few weeks.
Adele has fitted in so well she has even received employee of the month for February, well done!

We are currently recruiting for an early years practitioner at Little Robins Day Nursery - Dresden.
The job is a full time, all year round position with hours in between 7:30am - 6:00pm based in our 2-4 year old room.
Are you a team player, who has a passion for early years? Then this position would suit you!
LEVEL 3 Childcare or equivalent is essential and applicants must pass an enhanced DBS.
