It was a pleasure to organise this event and see the enthusiasm and support from pupils, families, and staff. Thanks to everyone's fantastic efforts, the school library and classrooms will now be enriched with a wonderful selection of new books that will inspire a love of reading for years to come.

Well done to all the children who took part and to everyone who helped make the Sponsored Read such a success. Your dedication has made a real difference, and I can't wait to see these books enjoyed by the pupils.

This term, our Year 3 children have been on a delicious learning journey! 🍓🥧

They explored a variety of fruits grown in different seasons, bravely tasted new and unusual flavours, and shared their thoughts like true food critics. From there, they used their creativity to design their very own tarts, carefully thinking about ingredients, flavours and presentation.

To finish the term, the children brought their ideas to life by making their tarts themselves – and what fantastic results they achieved! 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

After a busy week with SATs, Y6 were treated to a fun-filled enrichment day of activities with Adv4nce Group. What a fantastic time they all had.

🌟 Two of our amazing Year 4 pupils have won runners‑up prizes in a sticker design competition! 🎨🏅

Newcastle Staffs Foodbank 🥫💛 asked all local schools to design them a sticker to hand out to all the wonderful people who support them through donations 🙌🍎

Ann very kindly visited the school today 👋😊 to present them with their prizes 🎁👏 and talk to the children about the valuable service that the Foodbank provides 🤝💬

🎉 Yesterday, as part of our enrichment programme, the St Bart’s Trust generously arranged for all classes to take part in a fantastic ‘Mega Bounce’ Day 🤸‍♂️🎈, hosted by Bee Active 🐝💪.

😁🌟 The children had an amazing time and enjoyed a fun‑filled, active day that kept everyone smiling and moving!
