ONE YEAR OF GAINS! ⚒️💥

It’s been a whole year working with the big man !
The lad has gained a massive 21 pounds over a year and is still carrying on so far! 👏

Very proud of what he has achieved so far and exited for what holds next! Keep on grinding 💪💥

🔥Client update!🔥

Weight: 3.4KG/ 7.5 pounds ⬇️😁

Danny has been with me for the past 4 months now and every session he goes that extra mile to push his body to the limit!

He has smashed it so far dropping 3.4KG/7.5 pounds of body weight with his muscle mass also increasing! You can really tell the difference in just three months training! 🔥

I always tell my clients ‘photos over scales’ because photos is where you really see the difference!

Can’t wait to see this lads full transformation with summer around the corner but well done to Danny so far! 👏

WOW! What an amazing group of people we had in our 6 week bootcamp!!

We’ve had laughs, aches, pains, burpees and a lot of swearing at but remember who is the boss Matty 😂

Some fantastic results as well! Especially from one person who lost a massive 1 stone in just 6 weeks!

Amazing effort from everyone and can’t wait for the next one!
