Our High-Performance Academy student athletes spent the day at St George’s Park National Football Centre completing physical performance profiling with P3RFORM. The athletes took part in a series of maximal tests to monitor their progress across the year, followed by psychological and nutritional workshops.

The High-Performance Academy at University of Staffordshire supports student athletes on their pathway to professional sport alongside their studies. The programme provides Strength & Conditioning sessions, psychological and nutritional support, and regular performance profiling.

As the 25/26 BUCS season winds down, we’ve had more athletes compete in the past few weeks…

Men’s Padel fought hard at the inaugural BUCS National Championships in Leeds but bowed out in the group stages - hoping to grow for the 26/27 season 💥

Massive shoutout to our Judo athlete, Andrei Mikhalenkov, who secured the Bronze medal at BUCS Nationals (-90kg Seniors Kyu Grade) in Walsall🥉💪

🏆 UNIVERSITY OF STAFFORDSHIRE 7-A-SIDE CHAMPIONS! (Semester 2) 🏆
Congratulations to Emery’s Elites, who have officially been crowned champions of the University of Staffordshire 7-a-side League for the second season running! The season came down to the final match against Enzo in Paris, where Emery’s secured the victory and the league title.

After an intense four days the score has gone down to the final second. After a few days of back and forth and then an unfortunate drop in points. Staffs have regrouped and attacked on the final day to win it all.
