We've been trying out Jay's meals this week and have to say they are fantastic 🤩 large portions with lots of variety, even enough to fill the boss 😋
Perfect for anyone wanting to loose weight as all macros are calculated, those who don't have time, or for those who are too lazy to meal prep (us 😂)

Jay will also be holding PT sessions for those who are interested.

Polite request that any weights used are returned to the racks and empty bottles/cans are put in the bin.
We also do not tolerate abusive behaviour towards other members of the gym.
If this continues, you will be asked to leave.
