Thank you to Stoke Library for our Preschooler’s library packs. They were all very excited to look through them and share with their parents 😊

Last Friday, we were thrilled to welcome George from Cheshire Swim for a water safety session. The children learned how to stay safe at swimming pools and beaches, including the importance of always staying with an adult and knowing that a red flag means it’s time to stop swimming and get out of the water.

George also shared tips on using swimming aids safely, and never swimming alone. It was an engaging and educational session that helped our children enjoy water activities safely and confidently!

On Friday we celebrated David Attenborough's birthday by further developing our love of animals and nature. We talked about all of the wonderful things in our world and how we can help to protect them 🌍 Through books, we discovered some incredible animals that live in our world, with some of our favourites being different kinds of whales and fish, colourful birds, and so many insects! We even tried to find some in our garden! πŸ³πŸ¦œπŸ¦‹ We helped to rescue some sea creatures from water that had been polluted with rubbish, whilst talking about the importance of recycling and putting our rubbish in bins. We also helped to plant some different seeds, as well as planting some tomatoes and peppers in our vegetable garden. We can't wait to watch them grow - and hopefully eat them! :)
