Today we had a lovely graduation party for our school leavers 🎓💛.

We had such a wonderful time celebrating together and made lots of special memories 😊. We set up our soft play area especially for our leavers, and they absolutely loved it! They had so much fun playing together, and it was a joy to watch their laughter, excitement, and smiling faces 🛝🎉.

As they get ready to start their next chapter at school, we are so proud of how much they have grown and achieved 🌟. Although it’s sad to see our little ones move on, we know they are ready for their exciting new adventure.

Thank you for letting us be part of their early years and for all the wonderful memories we’ve shared together. We wish each and every one of our leavers the very best for the future. Good luck—you’ll all be amazing! 💙📚🍎✨

This week, we have been enjoying lots of pretend play about going to big school with our school leavers and little ones 🎒🏫😊.

The children were so excited to put on their backpacks and pretend they were going to school. Through role play, we talked about what school might be like, how to manage different routines, and how they might be feeling about this exciting new adventure 💛😊.

We encouraged the children to share their thoughts and feelings, helping to build their confidence and prepare them for the transition to school 💬🌟.

After our role-play, the children practised recognising letters and writing their names ✏️📚. They worked really hard and were very proud of themselves. It was a lovely activity that supported their confidence, independence, and early literacy skills as they get ready for their next big step 🎓✨.

We were so touched to receive a beautiful garden ornament from one of our families 💛🐞🌼.

One of our parents and grandparents kindly gifted us this lovely bug ornament for our garden, especially as we have recently been learning all about bugs and mini beasts 🐞🐝🦋. It was such a thoughtful and meaningful gesture, and it will be a wonderful reminder of our learning every time we see it in the garden.

Our little ones, along with our before and after-school children, had so much fun exploring our muddy animals today 🐷🐄🐑🦆.

They loved rescuing the animals from the mud, washing them clean with sponges and brushes, and making them look nice again 🧽💦✨. The children enjoyed brushing the animals, squeezing the sponges, and splashing in the water, making it a wonderful sensory experience 😊.

As they played, we talked about the different farm animals, what they are called, where they live, and how we need to look after them by keeping them clean, giving them food and water, and treating them with kindness ❤️🌿.

It was a fantastic hands-on activity that encouraged imaginative play, developed fine motor skills, and helped the children learn about caring for animals through play 🐮🐴💛. Everyone had a wonderful time! 😊✨
