I did the same ballet class 4 days a week. For a year. And I’m still learning from it! I trained in the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus at my studio growing up — which means I took the exact same class, with the exact same combinations, all year long. It sounds boring on paper (especially for a kid!) but it honestly wasn’t. Every week the class was the same but I was different. My calves were stronger, my musicality had shifted, or my port de bras had more freedom than it did last Tuesday. 🌸That’s the beautiful thing about a real practice: it can’t be contained to a 14-day challenge. It’s a relationship with a craft that keeps giving back as long as you keep showing up. So, this is your sign to go deeper into the things you love. This is the philosophy GG TV (and all of our work) is built on. Not a quick fix. A library you can move through for years 🤍 #adultdancers #dancepractice #balletclass

We were so excited to hear all about Bethany’s incredible 3 day intensive training at BBO Dance Days over the Easter holidays 🤩✨

Dance Days is such a fantastic opportunity for dancers and teachers to come together, share their passion, and immerse themselves in a wide variety of dance styles. With classes led by industry professionals, it offers not only high quality, intensive training but also a fun and inspiring environment for everyone involved. Hosting the event at Elmhurst Ballet School an internationally recognised centre of excellence in classical ballet makes the experience even more special!

At our school, we are passionate about supporting and encouraging every student’s growth in dance and performing arts. We actively guide our dancers towards opportunities like these, helping them to broaden their skills, gain new experiences, and build confidence beyond the studio. These experiences are invaluable in enhancing their overall learning journey and nurturing their love for the arts 💫
