✨ Exciting Changes in Our Home Corner! ✨

We are so lucky to have a brand-new kitchen in our Home Corner and the children have already been busy exploring, creating and enjoying imaginative play in their refreshed space! 🍳🍽️

At our nursery, we believe that regularly enhancing and reinventing our learning environments helps to keep experiences exciting, engaging and full of opportunities for discovery. By introducing new resources and updating our areas, we inspire fresh ideas, encourage creativity and support children's learning and development through play.

Our new kitchen is already helping to spark conversations, develop social skills, build confidence and encourage imaginative storytelling as the children cook up all sorts of wonderful adventures together! 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

Team Building at Ace Padel!

Managers and staff from across The Kindergarten Group came together to enjoy a fantastic evening at Ace Padel.

The session was a brilliant opportunity to connect with colleagues from across our nurseries, enjoy some friendly competition, and focus on the importance of health and wellbeing. It was wonderful to see everyone stepping out of their comfort zones, supporting one another, and having fun!

We’re now exploring opportunities for our children, families and more of our staff get involved and experience this fun – so watch this space.

🥗🌯 This week, as part of our “Food & Healthy Eating” topic, the children in Bears made their very own lunch!

The children independently created their own ham salad wraps, exploring different textures and tastes along the way. There was lots of child-led choice and discussion about foods, colours, likes and dislikes, helping to build confidence and communication skills.

We even squeezed in some maths too, as the children carefully counted their salad pieces onto their wraps! 🥒🍅🥬

Well done, Bears — fantastic independence and teamwork! 👏🐻

We’ve had a wonderful start to our summer term, making the most of the lovely sunshine and warmer weather ☀️

This week, we’ve been exploring our “In the Jungle” topic — discovering amazing animals and getting creative with lots of jungle-themed activities 🐒🌿

We’ve also enjoyed learning about St George’s Day, with fun crafts and stories to celebrate the occasion 🏰🐉

It’s been so special welcoming lots of new friends and families into our nursery this term — we’re so excited for all the fun, learning and adventures ahead! 🌼💛

We have had such a special morning taking some of our children to visit a local care home to show off their wonderful Easter bonnets 🐣🌸

The children walked beautifully and were a real credit to us all – their lovely manners didn’t go unnoticed and they received so much praise from the residents and staff 💛

It was a truly heartwarming visit, full of smiles and conversation, and we are incredibly proud of each and every one of them. Well done, everyone! 🌼

✨🎄 What a fantastically festive day we’ve had! 🎄✨

Our Christmas party was bursting with excitement — we had a surprise visit from Santa himself, danced like little elves to our favourite Christmas songs, got sparkly with festive face paints and enjoyed the yummiest party tea!

The laughter was loud, the smiles were huge and the magic was everywhere… ✨💫

We truly loved every single second! 🎅❤️❄️
