💚 Today is Youth Mental Health Day.

Behind every achievement, every lesson learned and every milestone reached is a young person who deserves kindness, understanding and support.

This year's theme, , encourages young people to look ahead with hope and confidence, reminding them that their mental health matters just as much as their physical health.

Across our schools, we are committed to creating environments where everyone belongs, learns and grows. When young people feel safe, valued and supported, they are better able to build resilience, develop confidence and reach their potential.

A simple conversation, a listening ear or a moment of encouragement can make a real difference.
