🚨Up to £3,000 in Government Incentives Available🚨

Thinking of recruiting your next Electrical Apprentice? There are currently some significant government incentives available to eligible employers.

✅100% government-funded training!
For new apprenticeship starts from 1 August 2026, employers who do not pay the Apprenticeship Levy can have 100% of training and assessment costs funded, up to the relevant funding band maximum, for eligible apprentices aged 16–24.

✅Up to £2,000 hiring payment!
From 1 October 2026, eligible non-levy-paying employers could receive a £2,000 payment when recruiting a new apprentice aged 16–24. The apprentice must have joined the employer within the previous three months and meet the relevant eligibility requirements.

✅Additional £1,000 employer payment!
Employers can also receive £1,000 towards the additional costs of supporting an apprentice aged 16–18, or certain eligible apprentices aged 19–24, including those who have been in care or have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).

We currently have a small number of spaces remaining on our October Electrical Apprenticeship intake.

During Anne's (our Business Development & Marketing Coordinator) recent visit to Leek Show, she had the opportunity to meet with representatives from and learn more about the incredible work they do.

is a men's su***de prevention charity that provides free, peer-to-peer support groups across the UK and online. Their mission is to end the stigma surrounding men's mental health and encourage men to seek support through the power of conversation.

At Rebus Training Ltd, we have previously welcomed representatives from to deliver a mental health awareness session to our apprentices, and we look forward to welcoming them back again in the future. These sessions play an important role in raising awareness, encouraging open conversations, and reminding people that support is always available.

As a reminder, Rebus Training Ltd has a dedicated Mental Health & Wellbeing Champion, Rhiannon Gibson-Munro, and our Designated Safeguarding Lead, Kirstie Grace.

We’re back at Westport Lake for the return of the Rebus Training Lunchtime Lap Challenge!👣

Throughout August, our team is getting out in the fresh air, boosting their wellbeing, and clocking up as many laps of the lake as possible.

For every lap completed by a staff member this month, Rebus Training will donate £1 to the amazing Hubb Foundation!💛

The Hubb Foundation does incredible work supporting children and families across Stoke-on-Trent, providing vital support, meals, and activities—especially during the school holidays when times can be tough.

And this is just a warm-up! Later this October, team members Anne, Gary and Jon will be tackling the Potters 'Arf Marathon. 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

You’ll soon be able to show your support for the lake laps, our Potters 'Arf team and The Hubb Foundation by donating through our joint fundraising page. Keep an eye out for the link coming soon!

Future-proof your skills with our Government Funded Electric Vehicle Charging Course, which embeds the latest 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Amendment 4 as part of the course.

On successful completion, candidates will achieve two nationally recognised City & Guilds qualifications:
✅ City & Guilds 2921-34 (Electrical Vehicle Charging Installation)
✅ City & Guilds 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Amendment 4
