One of our amazing, talented young children made their way to Manchester to sing live in front of thousands of people with young voices..

We are all so so proud, it was beautiful ❤️

Job Title: Deputy Children's Home Manager
Location: Kidsgrove and Sandyford area
Salary: 27,040 - 31,200
Hours: 40 hours per week (blended pattern of on shift and office days)
Schedule: Monday to Sunday including approx 10 sleep ins per month
Job Type : Full Time, Permanent

Inspire Care is a small family owned residential care company which has been established for over 13 years. The company values are based on family and children. We have 4 small residential children’s homes situated in Staffordshire.

Our Deputy Managers are integral to the smooth running of our homes. You will have the opportunity to work closely with your Manager providing cover in their absence. As part of the management team you will be responsible for supporting and mentoring your colleagues. In return we will guide and develop you to reach your full potential in this rewarding industry. As always our children are at the heart of everything we do.

Desirable
Knowledge of therapeutic practice

It's all about making memories, our children are so brave climbing such a huge rock wall, but look at them go!!!

We also had a day of independence skills learning to shop 😃 (I mean who doesn't love to shop)

We have also enjoyed time together on holiday to Spain!
