Training is cancelled this week due to graduation ceremonies at the University. Sorry to mess anyone about but we have only just found out.

If any of our students would like to come to our regional Jiu Jitsu session tomorrow, please be ready and waiting at the Sir Stanley Mathews Sport Centre at 11:00am sharp.

It will cost £5 and be around 5 hours long

Thank you to everyone that showed their interest in our Jiu Jitsu club at the Freshers Fair today!
Just a reminder that our taster sessions this week are on Friday 5-7 at the Sports Hall and this Sunday 10-12 (bear in mind we don’t normally train on a Sunday so this is a one off) the venue for Sunday hasn’t been clarified but it’s likely the Sports Hall or the LRV .
Please wear light clothing suitable for exercising, no shoes are worn on our mats.

If you are not able to attend the taster sessions this week, then you can pop into our sessions on our regular training times:

Tuesday - 7 till 9 at the LRV
Friday - 5 till 7 at the Sports Hall

This will be every week.

Please be aware, we had a mix up and some of the leaflets that got handed out incorrectly said that Friday would be at 7-9pm. We’re sorry to those that got given leaflets and the confusion and inconvenience caused - please refer to this page or the emails sent by the Uni detailing our taster session slots for the correct training times.
