Job description
We are looking for experienced residential or youth workers who are resilient and determined individuals who can provide support and nurture for the children in our care. We understand that children benefit from having long-term and consistent adults in their lives, therefore your wellbeing and happiness is of the utmost importance to us.

The role
To ensure that the effective safeguarding of all young people underpins every decision made
To create positive relationships with the children, meeting their needs at all times
To contribute to the young persons care plans and risk assessments, their reviews and implementation
To ensure the home is kept clean and tidy, adhere to cleaning systems in place
Monitoring the progression of our young people
Essentials
You will need to be over 22 to be successful
Have previous experience working with challenging behaviours
Have a full UK driving license
Must be flexible with working hours and sleepins

Working to support the RM and Deputy Manager with the daily running of the care home, supporting the individual needs of the children & young people placed within its setting.
