The nursery is now closed until January 2nd. We hope all our families have a lovely Christmas and enjoy the break. We'll see you all in 2024!

Once again, the city council is providing food vouchers to all children attending early years provision in the autumn term who meet either of the following:

➡️The child is eligible for two-year-old funding in the autumn term
➡️The child is eligible to receive EYPP in the autumn term
Note: children becoming eligible to access a place in the spring term are NOT eligible

Applications are live now and the council will be issuing vouchers for £30.00 per qualifying child. You can follow this link to complete your application - www.stoke.gov.uk/foodvouchers.

Just to let all parents know, there are temporary traffic lights on Victoria Street close to nursery which is causing chaos with the traffic. Please bare this in mind when coming to collect your children as you may want to find alternative routes to get here.

CHILDREN IN NEED 🐻

On Friday 17th November we will be hosting our Pudsey Pyjama day. Your children can come to nursery in their Pudsey clothes or their pyjamas for the day. We will have some fun Children in Need activities on the day for the children too.

⚠️Important Notice⚠️

On Monday, there are going to be some essential electrical works taking place on the front playground by the nursery entrance. We are hoping this is only going to be for a few days however they are going to be digging up the playground so there will be machinery and construction vehicles around. Please please be extra careful when coming into nursery and please make sure you keep hold of your child's hand when entering and exiting the nursery for extra safety.

Can you also please make sure that when you go out on to the car park, you are holding your child's hand to go across the car park. Not only is this to make sure your children are safe away from the danger of cars coming onto the car park and by the main road, but also to stop damage being inflicted on any of the cars parked on the car park, most of which are staff cars.

🤩OCTOBER EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH🤩

Our October employee of the month is Jenn!
Jenn really enjoyed teaching our preschoolers about Space last month and it really showed when a parent voted for her for teaching their child some amazing space facts!
She was also voted for by her peers for:
⭐️helping out in other rooms
⭐️creating some lovely themed displays in the room
⭐️teaching interesting space facts to the preschool children

Well done Jenn!
