Love this!

My husband is in a wheelchair and so many children stare and want to engage with him. Many parents often tell their child not to stare. I think we probably learnt it from our parents. My husband has always encouraged children to come and say hello. Children are just curious, and the more they look, and then engage, the more they will understand. Same goes for children to children. We are mostly all the same, and the more we identify that, the more happier we are, and also our communities will be.

Level 1 workshop delivered via Zoom over three consecutive Thursday evenings in September.

⚽ FREE CHILDREN'S FOOTBALL SESSIONS! ⚽

Take part in our fun & active football sessions! The sessions will take place at Sneyd Green Hub and will be delivered by former professional footballer, Chris Birchall! All Stars Academy 😁

The sessions are completely FREE to children aged 5 -16 years, and include a healthy and delicious lunch! 🍽

I’ve loved training online over lockdown. I didn’t think I would but it’s been actually alright. Until this evening. New house. New internet provider. 20 minutes in and the internet kicks me out of Zoom for good.

After getting lost, cold and very muddy on a walk (or adventure as I told them) today with my three children, Jude, who HATES leaving the comfort of his home, got very tired, grumpy and upset. But yet again, his big brother and little sister took over, helped him up when he fell and marched him up the hill that he really didn’t want to walk up. Sometimes, I am blown away by Seb and Isla’s natural instinct to help and protect him when he needs it (and when I am struggling). I thank God for siblings 🥰
