I started offering a free staff session over 12 months ago. It was meant to be for one month only but here I am a year later and I'm still offering it for every time you book me for the day.

⭐️ This course was such an eye opener. Even though I’ve done courses on radicalisation before, this was broken down into very relevant chunks of information.

⭐️Any questions we had were answered, and any, that were not answerable, not relevant to the course that was being delivered, but clearly stirred up upset in a few of the participants, were addressed in a kind courteous and professional manner.

⭐️ I really enjoyed the course, the delivery was superb. I feel equipped.

⭐️ I think all foster carers should have access to this course. As an emergency foster carer, I see many of the most vulnerable, lost, traumatised, teenagers, who arrive, with often only their phones and online presence. These young people are so at risk.

Amazing staff at Beaufort Care Group in Bournemouth yesterday.

We spent the day discussing radicalisation and the prevent duty. Beaufort care have been providing residential care for young people for 20 years. They are committed to providing their staff with up to date, relevant training. NOT 'tick box' training.

Well worth the long drive 🚙

Really looking forward to working with Caernarfon children's services next week at Porthmadog football club.

Another 50 staff empowered to spot risk earlier, respond better, and create environments where young people are safer and more resilient.

The year 9 students at Dauntsey's School in Wiltshire were amazing. Engaged, interested and on the ball. It has been a pleasure to deliver sessions today focusing on , the changing tide of online and the the role that 's play in spreading divisive and harmful attitudes.

Our Carer Groups provide vital support to carers who need advice, a chat with people who understand, or just need to offload their thoughts or worries.

We run regular groups each month in the community.

At a recent group meeting, one carer said that without the group and support of Lifeworks North Staffs, her family would struggle to get by.

It was a pleasure to speak at the E-ACT annual safeguarding conference today. The event was set up to help designated safeguarding leads 'navigate the Online World Safely’ and help to keep young people in their care safe.

As of today the UK threat level has been raised from substantial to severe. This means the threat of a terrorist attack is now highly likely.

It's at times like this that we need to be on the ball.

We need to Understand what radicalisation looks like, the signs. Ensuring you are equipped with practical tools to challenge toxic narratives. You will not get this from any online course. They are just tick box exercises that offer zero learning!
