🥊✨ Our Ladies Only class were amazing last night! ✨🥊
It was all about circuits, moving around different stations and working on a variety of techniques and exercises. Everyone gave 100%, pushed themselves, and supported each other throughout the session. 💪
We're so proud of the effort, determination, and positive attitude these ladies bring to class every week. It's also fantastic to see new starters joining us and becoming part of the team. ❤️
