That's how we started our sessions this week.

We've been encouraging our little ones to talk about their feelings, keeping this really simple by associating colours to how we are feeling using our magical 'moodometer' aka the rainbow speaking stick.

The colour monster book was a great hit and really gets this message across with ease.

Oh the fun we've had making our own feely squidgy emotion balls. If you're feeling angry give them a squeeze. If you're feeling sad put them in your pocket and hold them....hug them😍

Who wouldn't want to take one home!?! 🌈🤩🙌🏽
