Hello All, I just wanted to send a quick message to any of my students. I am currently stuck in Jamaica due to the hurricane, and have limited service on my phone. I'm not sure when I will be back but I definitely won't be back this weekend. Hopefully I will be back on Monday and I will update you when I can. If anyone can pass this message on to any of my students that were thinking of coming to training tomorrow.

Times and Classes for Burslem are as follows...

Monday
Children 5-6pm, Adults 6:15-7:30pm

Thursday
Children 5-6:15pm, Adults 6:30-7:45pm

Saturday
Children 11:15-12:30

Hello all

Due to tonight's annocement and us moving into tier 4. All training will be suspended until further notice

Hello all
We will be back open on Thursday 3rd December.
However in line with new government guidelines I will only be running children's classes.
Guidelines state that indoor group exercise classes can only take place for under 18s
Over 18s can have one to ones, if anyone is interested in this please get in touch.

Given the announcement that we will be going into tier 2 this weekend. I have been getting a lot of questions as to whether we will be staying open.
I can confirm that I will be staying open. We can stay open as long as social distancing is kept.
After half term I will also be having an additional children's class on a Wednesday this will be to allow for smaller classes throughout the week which will enable better distancing.

UPDATE PRICE INCREASE.
Hello all, starting on 1st October there will be a slight price increase of 50p for single classes weekly prices will remain the same .
Adults classes will be £5.50 per single class. Weekly fee will remain at £9
Children's classes will £5 weekly fee will remain at £8
Prices have not increased for for 10 years and I hope you can all understand this small with the current economy.
I will also be accepting card payments as I know for many this is the preferred payment method.
Monthly payments and private classes are also available, please as for more information

CHEADLE UPDATE!!

I can now start back at Cheadle.

I will be staring with Children's class Tuesday at a new time of 4:30-5:30.

For now this will be the only class running
