Not every construction company fits the stereotype. Sometimes you meet a team that genuinely invests in training because they care about their people, their customers, and doing the job properly—not because they're simply ticking a compliance box. This was one of those companies.

Our trainer Kath said:
I went to DKS Roofing Ltd to teach Emergency First Aid through Acadame Training Solutions Ltd.
To be honest I was expecting them not to be that bothered (my experience has shown that some places do this course as a tick box exercise).
Wow, this company and these gentlemen are so polite, helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to promote them to everyone for all their roofing needs.
On arrival I was made a cuppa and my kit was taken straight away to the venue I was teaching at (when leaving they carried all of my kit back to my car!).
The gentlemen pitched up well before the time stated, ready to start and all of them had a smile.
This wasnt a tick box exercise for them, they soaked every bit of the course up to keep themselves and customers safe. They asked loads of relevant questions and their assessments where top drawer.
Ive never met such a wonderful group of gentlemen. A family company that keep everything like its supposed to be......customer focused. Thank you DKS Roofing for making me feel welcome and for making the day the very best 👌 ever.

Today has been a proud moment for our team.

Results have landed for our recent cohort sitting the new specification of the NEBOSH National General Certificate, and we are delighted to share that they were well above average.

Anyone familiar with NEBOSH will know these assessments are not a walk in the park. They are challenging for good reason, and many capable learners do not pass everything at the first time of asking.

That is why the support around the course matters so much.

For this cohort, we put a huge amount of work into strengthening the learner experience, including additional support materials, complimentary e-learning alongside classroom studies, take-home handouts, memory flash cards, and further refinements to our learning advisor model.

Across 24 assessments, there was just one referral.

That is something we are genuinely proud of, not only because of the result itself, but because of the effort behind it from our delegates, tutors, learning advisors and wider team.

We are delighted with the outcome, but we are not standing still. There is always room to improve, and we will keep working to make the experience even stronger for every learner who comes through Acadame.

For today, though, we are taking a moment to celebrate a brilliant group of delegates and a brilliant set of results.
