Happy Friday!
We’re proud to celebrate 1 year of UKAS-accredited ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification at Acadame.
This week we successfully completed a two-day surveillance audit with zero findings and zero actions raised. The auditor also complimented the strength of our systems and, importantly, our commitment to actually following them in practice every day.
A great achievement for the whole team and a reflection of the standards we continue to set across quality, environmental management and occupational health & safety.
Have a fantastic long bank holiday weekend.

In the workplace, small actions can make a big difference. Starting conversations, checking in with colleagues and creating supportive environments all help to improve mental wellbeing.
We’ve put together a new blog looking at why workplace mental health matters, the importance of awareness beyond just one week, and how managers and supervisors can help build healthier workplace cultures.

Today is World Day for Safety and Health at Work… and it also happens to be National Superhero Day.
And we love the connection.
Because workplace heroes are everywhere.
They’re the people who take a second look before starting a task.
The ones who check in on a colleague.
The ones who speak up kindly when something doesn’t feel right.
The ones who wear the PPE, follow the process, and help others do the same.
They don’t just avenge.
They prevent.
No capes needed. Just care, courage, and everyday choices that help everyone get home safe.
Today, we’re celebrating everyone who plays their part in creating safer, healthier workplaces.
You’re the real heroes.
