Our little artists have been exploring the solar eclipse! 🌒

Today our babies and toddlers got creative making their very own solar eclipse artwork using paper plates!

The children had lots of fun exploring black and yellow paint, using brushes to make marks, swirls and patterns on their plates.

A lovely sensory activity that supported their fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, creativity and colour exploration, while introducing them to the sun and moon in a fun, age-appropriate way. 🌞🌙✨

We are so incredibly proud to announce that Emma has officially passed her Level 3 in Childcare! 🎓🐝💛

Emma has worked so hard throughout her qualification, showing amazing dedication, determination and commitment every step of the way. All of that hard work has paid off and we couldn’t be prouder of everything she has achieved!

Well done, Emma! You should be so proud of yourself. We can’t wait to see where the future takes you and to watch you continue to grow and develop with us here at Bee Active Childcare. 🐝💛

🐻 We're Going on a Bear Hunt!

Our babies enjoyed a wonderful community walk inspired by our story of the week ‘We're Going on a Bear Hunt’. As we explored the local area, we hid our little bear in different places for the children to find. There were lots of smiles, excitement, and pointing as they carefully looked around to spot where the bear was hiding!

During our walk, we stopped at a bench to read the story together, bringing the adventure to life in the great outdoors. The children loved joining in with the familiar phrases and looking at the pictures while enjoying the fresh air.

What a fun way to bring a favourite story to life!

After growing their very own lettuce in our garden, they were so excited to feed it to the local horses and donkeys. A wonderful hands-on experience that teaches children about nature, caring for animals, and where our food comes from!

What a lovely afternoon celebrating our Preschool Graduation! 🐝

We are so incredibly proud of each and every one of our graduates. Watching how much they’ve grown in confidence, independence and personality has been such a privilege, and we know they’re all going to do amazing things as they begin their next adventure at school.

A massive thank you to bakesbylucy for the beautiful cupcakes, they looked amazing and tasted just as good! 🧁💛

And a big thank you to boholuxevents for the gorgeous decorations, which made the afternoon feel extra special. 💕

Father’s Day Fun ❤️🐝👨

On Wednesday, we celebrated all of our wonderful dads with a fun filled afternoon! We had an amazing time bouncing on the bouncy castle and exploring lots of activities, including decorating biscuits, building and creating with the blocks, and enjoying our messy “I Love You to the Moon and Back” rice tuff tray.

Of course, one of the highlights of the day was sharing some delicious BBQ food together! 🌭🍔

We had the most wonderful afternoon spending quality time with the people we love most. Thank you to all of our parents and carers who joined us to celebrate and make the day so special🐝
