**Abs Blast** One of my old favourites!
Give this one a try to fire up that core 🔥 Working 8 different exercises for 1 min straight through with no rest in between. Aim for as many rounds as possible 💪 No equipment required and can be done anywhere at any time so no excuses!
8 min Abs
1. Straight leg Pulses
2. Russian twists
3. Side Plank hip dip (30 secs each side)
4. Reverse crunches
5. Single leg v sits
6. Sit up and twist
7. Heel touches
8. Plank hold
(2 min rest and repeat)

Here is a killer leg burner workout to give a try in the gym or at home 🔥🔥
Try for a minimum of 6 rounds or go for AMRAP and turn those legs to jelly! 🥵 Add in weights for that extra push 💪
