A huge thank you to all the children and families who entered our Science Competition on Integrity and Keeping Our Oceans Safe! ππ
We have been overwhelmed by the number of entries we received. The creativity, effort and thought that went into the projects have been truly fantastic, and we are incredibly proud of everyone who took part.
As we received so many entries, it would be very difficult to share and review them all on Facebook. Therefore, we have shortlisted a selection of entries.
Now itβs over to you! Please take a look at the shortlisted entries and βlikeβ your favourite. The entry with the most likes will be crowned our competition winner on Friday.
Thank you once again for supporting your children and encouraging them to participate. We have loved seeing their wonderful ideas and enthusiasm, and we look forward to seeing their next entries in future competitions.
Good luck to all of our finalists! ππ

Just a quick reminder about our Science Competition!
I will be uploading the entries we have received so far to Facebook on Monday so that parents have plenty of time to like and vote for their favourites.
If your child hasnβt brought their entry in yet, donβt worry β entries can still be submitted up until next Friday. Any late entries will be added to the Facebook post as they come in. Just ask your child to come and speak to me when they bring their project in.
A huge thank you to everyone who has already taken part. We have received nearly 50 entries so far, which is fantastic!
Have a wonderful weekend, and thank you for your continued support.
Mr Sweeney!

Before half term, the FS1 children said a fond farewell to their little feathery friends π₯
During the last half term, we were amazed at the growth and change of our chicks. The children have done a fantastic job of keeping a close eye and looking after them.
We looked at the chicks together for the final time and thought of some questions for Miss Brown and Miss Cahun to ask the farmer.
We discovered that 3 of the chicks were boys (Jim, Rosie and Aoife) and 3 were girls (Fudge, Snowy and Pingu) and that the breed of the 3 yellow chicks are Gauloise chickens and the 3 black and white chicks are Hybrid speckledy chickens. π
