Level 3 PT 2nd day at Nuffield Health. We finished off yesterday learning about business and today started teaching about flexibility and advanced stretching methods before assessing the learners on all advanced training methods that they’ve been taught during the course. We finished off in the afternoon looking at Periodised Programming and guidance for the case study part of the course.

Weekend 2 of our Level 3 PT Diploma in full swing at Nuffield Stoke. We started of the day going over Nutrition with learners helping each other discover the facts and guidelines to use when helping future clients achieve their goals. A good mornings work 💪🏼

Assessment weekend for Level 3 Sports Massage has been completed by our latest learners.

Having enrolled in January they have undertaken weekly zoom lessons, read through manuals, completing workbooks and supported each other through the 2 required face to face weekends and are now a few steps away from being fully qualified.

This weekend they’ve had to perform Pre and post event massages as well as a maintenance massage that includes assessing the clients body and range of movements to understand what treatment they need to deliver.

Well done to Sacha, Jo and Pip, let’s finish the rest off now and we know you’ll do well moving forward with all that you have learnt.

To look back at the start of 2022 we found ourselves in a position we never expected, where the provider we worked for ceased trading, with a number of learner that we’ve taught and assessed with the last year reaching out for help and advice we took it upon ourselves to venture out for ourselves.

By March we had set up company and had learners lined up to finish courses some thought they had already completed.

Liaising with Active IQ, Nuffield Health, Southbankclub we managed to secure our accreditation as a training centre and also venues to deliver courses from.

So far this year we have completed courses for L3 Sports Massage, L2 Gym Instructor with the final theory parts of Level 3 Personal Trainer qualifications to be done.

So a big thank you to all learner that have studied with us as we still continue to work on our process to make sure that we can deliver the best learning environment we can so you can go into your career full of confidence.

We believe in the need for face to face delivery as well as the online content to assist in your learning and will be continuing to set up a environment where all students can continue to ask questions get feedback and have additional support that they need.
