SUMMER FAIR on SATURDAY 20 JUNE - The wait is over the Summer Fair will open its gates tomorrow at 1pm, we can’t wait to welcome you!

We are delighted to bring back the Summer Fair for 2026, sponsored by The Property Experts and Little Stoke Community Café, We can’t wait to bring the feel-good factor to Term 6! All funds raised this year will go towards installing some fantastic new play equipment, this will commemorate Bella Schermuly, who loved the monkey bars and playing with her friends.

Entrance is free for children and £1 per adult (payable on the day), we have so much on offer with Aretians Rugby, Stoke Gifford Netball Club, amazing inflatables, a range of stalls selling everything from food and refreshments to crafts and books. Look out for beat the goalie, teachers in the stocks and pocket-money games! Where will head first?

NEW TO THIS - YEAR OWL
ADVENTURES

Join in with our exciting owl-themed activities! Take part in the Owl Hunt by finding 8 hidden hand-drawn owls around the fair for a chance to win a Smyths voucher. Help rescue kidnapped cuddly owls in The Great Owl Rescue, track down the mischievous Professor Percival Penguin, and earn a reward.

Visit the Reception Owl Stand to enter the prize draw and bid in our silent auction for original owl artwork and cuddly owl companions, with all proceeds supporting the PTFA. You can also enjoy owl colouring activities in the Messy Church area and take your creations home.

THE ARENA RETURNS FOR 2025
We’ll be showcasing some amazing talent in ‘The Arena’, with live acts to keep you entertained during the afternoon including Emma Kate Dance Academy, South Glos Rock and Pop school and Tiger Martial Arts.

SUMMER RAFFLE
Our raffle has launched! Buy tickets online now. There are amazing prizes up for grabs thanks to our superb donors. Tickets are available now and for the duration of the fair, winners will be drawn immediately after the fair so look out for an email on the day to see if you’re a winner!

“We’re Going Cash-Light!”

What does that mean?
Cash-light events are where most payments are made by card, mobile or QR code with only a small number of stands accepting cash. This helps reduce queues, improve safety, and cut costs.

Why are we making this change?
• Banks now charge us fees for cash withdrawals and deposits, including:
• Withdrawing event float
• Returning unused float
• Depositing donations
• Our events are volunteer-led, and handling cash means extra travel, time, and fuel costs for volunteers who collect and bank the money.
• Reducing cash handling means more of your generous support goes directly to our cause.

For all other purchases, we kindly encourage card or mobile payments.
