How do I book a course? You can check our course dates and book online , speak to us on Facebook, or email [email protected] to find out about future course dates and availability. Please note, as places for courses are very limited a deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking. How do I pay for my course? We accept online, paypal, bank transfer, cash or credit card. What’s Total Hair and Beauty’s cancellation policy? Total require payment in full for external bookings - bookings third party to Total are non refundable and non transferable. Total Course deposits are none refundable. If for any reason you cannot make your course date please get in touch 48 hours prior to the course date and we can refund you any monies minus deposit or put you on another course date. What should I wear? Total Hair and Beauty’s have a relaxed dress code. Wear something comfortable, and if you are getting a tan wear something dark! What do I need to bring with me? Please bring a model with you to your training course. If you do not have anyone to bring please let us know and we can source someone for you. What will my qualification enable me to do? Total Hair and Beauty offer The Beauty Guild and ABT accredited courses. These courses will equip you with the skills, knowledge and confidence you need to practice professionally within the Hair and Beauty sector. You are required to gain your own working experience to enable you to become competent in your subject area. What happens if I don’t pass the course? If your trainer feels that you are unable to meet the course requirements you will be given feedback which may include home study and an additional session to help you meet the standards needed to pass the course. There is no extra charge for this extra tuition or support. What happens after I’ve completed my course? On successful completion of your course you will be issued with a Professional Beauty Accredited Certificate and a course manual will be sent to you via email. Certificates are issues within 4 weeks of the completion date. After you have completed your course, you can contact us direct for support at any time. Where do courses take place? What equipment and products do I need to do the training? Total Hair and Beauty Training Academy provide the equipment and kits needed to pass the course. Unless stated all courses do not come with kits. Please check course description before booking. Kits and supplies are available via Total Hair and Beauty Suppliers available on site. Where do I get insurance? Our courses are accredited by The Beauty Guild which means that if you have passed with TOTAL you can gain insurance through them. SPECIFIC COVER FOR BEAUTICIANS, NAIL TECHS AND HAIRDRESSERS
