💉 Lip Filler Aftercare
🤍 Avoid touching, pressing or massaging the lips unnecessarily
🤍 Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours
🤍 Avoid alcohol for 24 hours
🤍 Avoid excessive heat such as saunas, steam rooms and hot baths for 24–48 hours
🤍 Avoid lipstick/makeup directly on the injection sites for the first 12 hours
🤍 Keep hydrated and use a gentle lip balm
🤍 Sleep slightly elevated and avoid putting pressure on your lips
🤍 Mild swelling, tenderness and bruising can be normal and often settle over the following days

✨ Results settle as swelling reduces final results are best assessed once the lips have fully settled.
