A successful transition to secondary school can depend heavily on the strength of a student’s literacy skills.
When reading gaps go unaddressed at this crucial time, students risk being locked out of the entire curriculum.
So, what can we do to ensure this doesn’t happen?
In our latest blog, Lexonic education lead Kate Jones explores why literacy should be at the heart of transition planning, and shares practical insights into how schools can turn potential barriers into opportunities for success.
