We’re hiring: Apprenticeship Administrator

MediPro is looking for an experienced Apprenticeship Administrator to join our team in Stockton-on-Tees.

Salary: £27,000–£28,000 per year
Full-time | Based at our Stockton training centre

This is not a general admin role. Experience working with apprenticeships, further education or regulated learner administration is important.

You’ll support the day-to-day administration of our growing apprenticeship provision, including learner enrolments, progress reviews, records, compliance, gateway and end-point assessment activity.

With around 300–350 apprentices expected across our programmes, we’re looking for someone who is organised, accurate, confident using learner-management systems and understands the importance of keeping apprenticeship records complete and audit-ready.

Experience of DfE apprenticeship funding rules, ILR processes, Aptem, EPA organisations or working with NHS/employer training teams would be a real advantage.

• Hyperbaric or dive medicine

Opportunities may include supporting course development, reviewing clinical content and contributing to educational delivery.

This free, face-to-face course will help you recognise a child emergency and act confidently while waiting for professional help.
