youtube is fine for watching someone help you play the song/chords/solo of your fav track, that’s how I use it too. there are lots of very accurate videos from genuine people with great ears. My task is help you identify the structure( the number of bars in each section), the Key its written in, what scale is used by the solo and why, correcting the name and shape of each chord used, the tempo(4/4, 6/8 etc), the speed( how to count it in ), a chord chart, rhythmic features(holds and pushes and strumming ), songwriting technique employed, justify the theory via my own handouts, so that you can recognise them for yourself. do 10 songs with me, you enjoy a greater appreciation of the artist, eventually you get to identify all those points for yourself( I check your chart) My job done. that is, until your taste starts to mature. you come back. we start again. want some of those skills? get in touch.

New prices are £20 per hour for teenagers(bring a mate and pay £10each)adults £35 per hour(bring your bass player if you want). You need for me to solve/help you understand a topic or help with a track or one of your own songs. Sometimes it's a few lessons and you're on your way.......
