What an incredible few days we've had on our Year 4 residential!
I couldn't be prouder of every single one of our Year 4 children. Throughout the trip, they showed outstanding behaviour, incredible resilience, and impeccable manners. They embraced every challenge with enthusiasm, supported one another, and represented our school brilliantly. They should all be very proud of themselves!
A huge thank you also goes to the wonderful staff who accompanied me on the residential. Your care, encouragement, hard work, and water bottle filling skills made this experience so special for our children, and I am incredibly grateful for all your support.
Now it's time for everyone to enjoy a well-deserved, restful weekend before we return for our final week together as Year 4. Let's make it a fantastic one!

The everyone showed great enthusiasm and determination as they threw angels and tomahawks before taking on the Leap of Faith. It was wonderful to see everyone encouraging one another, stepping outside their comfort zones, and finishing the experience with confidence and smiles. What a fantastic final morning of activities for our Orange Group! 🧡

They took on archery and crate stacking with determination, teamwork, and plenty of smiles. It has been wonderful to watch their confidence grow as they've challenged themselves and supported one another throughout the week.

What an amazing final morning of activities for our Green Group! 🌿💚

The children embraced every challenge with enthusiasm and courage, taking part in the Leap of Faith and Tomahawk Throwing. It was wonderful to see them encouraging one another, stepping outside their comfort zones, and giving everything a go.

We couldn't be prouder of each and every one of them. Their confidence, resilience, teamwork, and determination have shone throughout the trip, and they've created memories that will last a lifetime.

What an incredible day for the Orange Group! 🧡

We packed the day with thrilling and daring activities, starting with a relaxing morning out on the water paddle boarding. It was the perfect way to enjoy the calm before the excitement really began!

In the afternoon, everyone stepped outside their comfort zone as we tried our hand at tomahawk throwing and took on the Leap of Faith. It was fantastic to see so much courage, determination, and encouragement as everyone challenged themselves and celebrated each other's achievements.

What a fantastic Water-Filled Day for our Green Group! 💚🌊

The day was packed with teamwork, laughter, and plenty of excitement from start to finish. This morning, everyone put their communication and problem-solving skills to the test during our raft-building challenge. It was amazing to see the creativity, determination, and teamwork on display as each group worked together to build and launch their rafts.

This afternoon, we swapped the challenges for some paddle boarding on the lake. It started off as a peaceful and relaxing way to enjoy the sunshine and beautiful surroundings... until things took a hilarious turn! A 9v1 race quickly unfolded as everyone teamed up with one mission: to push Miss Davidson into the water! Safe to say, there were plenty of laughs, lots of splashing, and memories that won't be forgotten anytime soon.

A brilliant day full of fun, resilience, teamwork, and smiles all round. Well done, Green Group! 💚🚣‍♀️🏄‍♂️🌞

There was plenty of creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving on display. Some rafts sailed brilliantly, while others... sank almost immediately! 😂 It turns out knot tying isn't everyone's hidden talent!

🧡 Orange Group – Day 1 Success! 🧡

What an incredible first day for our amazing Orange Group! From the very start, everyone showed fantastic teamwork, determination, and enthusiasm.

The group worked incredibly hard while taking on the challenge of raft building and learning the skill of Japanese lashing. Their creativity, communication, and problem-solving were on full display as they supported one another every step of the way.

We couldn't be prouder of the effort, resilience, and positive attitude shown by every member of the team. This is just the beginning of an exciting adventure, and we can't wait to see what tomorrow brings!
