Today is
Celebratedy annually on 10th October, this year the theme is Workplace Mental Health.
The theme highlights the importance of addressing mental health and wellbeing in the workplace, for the benefit of people, organisations, and communities.
Release Potential are proud to support World Mental Health Day and the awareness it brings to such an important topic
Across all our courses we have been raising awareness of the importance of mental health and preventing burnout, one of the biggest issues affecting modern workplaces!
We looked into this years theme of Workplace Mental Health, what is a mentally healthy workplace, and how we can talk about our own and support others in talking about their mental health.
We then looked at work life balance and what this means and how we can create our own healthy work life balance that works for us, remembering that we all have different balances.
We also looked at promoting World Mental Health Day 2024 with some important messages about maintaining a heathly mind and a healthy body!
After an exciting first two days and a wonderful show, our Startships learners head into the classroom portion of their course this week! Best of luck, team!
Our next Birmingham in partnership with has kicked off with a bang! The Alreet Chef is back in the kitchen to see if any of our Tyseley learners can beat the record for fastest 2 egg omelette!!

A busy afternoon at Release Potential today, we had the pleasure of being interviewed by ITV News for our recent achievement of the 'BOG Standard' washrooms. This initiative has been introduced by PHS to raise awareness around male incontinence issues and ensure that men have the necessary facilities to deal with any issues they are faced with, around 66% of men are worried about becoming incontinent. Release Potential are proud to be promoting this issue and start the conversation for men.
