🌟 Employee of the Month – Jess 🌟
A huge congratulations to Jess, our Nursery Manager, for being awarded Employee of the Month! 🎉
Jess is an incredible leader who consistently goes above and beyond for both children and staff. She is always there to support everyone across the nursery, whether that's helping with SEND provision, supporting school transitions, delivering staff training, or simply being a friendly and approachable person that everyone can turn to for advice and support.
As Nursery Manager, Jess works tirelessly to keep team morale high and leads by example every day. She always puts others first, often making sure everyone else has had their dinner before taking a break herself. Her kindness, understanding, and dedication create a positive environment where both children and staff can thrive.
As a parent, it is also reassuring to see how much Jess prioritises the children, especially during the recent warm weather, ensuring they are comfortable, safe, and happy, while also looking after the wellbeing of the staff team.
Jess's commitment, compassion, and willingness to support everyone around her make her a truly deserving winner of this month's Employee of the Month award.
