Bright Owls Childminding

Bright Owls Childminding Bright Owls Childminding is based in Heaton Chapel. We are a husband & wife team who provide home from home care. Photos published with parent permission.

Bright Owls Childminding offers a caring home from home environment whilst following the curriculum of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Your child will have full access to the living room, playroom and large garden, with access to the kitchen when helping with cooking and baking. Child-led and free play is encouraged. We will have themes and activities throughout the year in which the children will be encouraged to participate but it is not essential. Use of the great outdoors is encouraged and I aim to get out and about daily. I have a large garden and also live close to a park.

So, yesterday, I rather bravely, or rather stupidly (the jury's out on which one), took on Ladybower Ultra as part of my 50th birthday celebrations with my running friends!!

We had an amazing day and even though we didn't fully finish the course, we got a medal so we were well chuffed with that!

The course was brutal!! There was a 21k option but I'm glad we at least tried the full distance (at least 50 runners started the ultra and then dropped down to the 21k!)

Anyway, I'm just about in one piece! Please tell the kids not to climb on my legs tomorrow though!! šŸ¤£šŸ¤£

This looks great fun if anyone is interested??
