🎨 HAVE YOU SPOTTED OUR NEW VIOLIN DISPLAY? 🎻

You may remember that earlier this year, members of our String Orchestra transformed old and damaged violins into wonderful works of art as part of our art competition.

We promised that the full collection would be displayed at our Music Centre—and here it is! Each violin is completely unique, bringing plenty of colour and creativity to our walls.

A huge well done once again to everyone who took part! Which design is your favourite? 🎨

💐 A HUGE THANK YOU TO CHRISTINE! 💐

Christine, one of our wonderful admin team, has held the fort in the office on her own for the past two weeks—and not just any two weeks, but the incredibly busy first two weeks of the new academic year!

She is an invaluable member of Stockport Music Service, always bringing warmth, enthusiasm and good humour to everything she does.

We bought her some flowers to say a massive thank you for keeping everything running. Our office superstar—we really appreciate everything you do! 💚

⭐ WE’RE BACK! ⭐

Our team returned today for the first day of the new academic year!

Our fantastic teachers are spending the next few days training, planning and preparing for another exciting year of music-making across Stockport.

We’ve also got lots of new instruments ready to make their way into schools, helping even more young people begin their musical journey.
