Rainbow Ridg Day Nursery has achieved a Food Hygiene Rating of 5 – VERY GOOD! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Providing our children with safe, hygienic and well-prepared food is incredibly important to us, so we’re delighted to receive the highest possible rating. 💚

A huge well done to our wonderful chef Lee and the team for maintaining such high standards every day! 👏🌈

What a fun day at nursery today!✨️🌈

We have all very much enjoyed the bike garden this morning enhancing our physical skills🚲We loved riding the bikes ourselves and pushing our friends in them to make them go super fast!

We have also enjoyed our circle times today which involved singing and dancing with the scarfs, this has helped towards are communication skills as we were sparking conversations with friends!🌈

What an fun, hot and sweaty week we have had! ☀️

The weather has been super hot this week but we have managed to still get our outdoors time! Lots of suncream has been used, iced water has been drank and cold ice pops were enjoyed.🍦🧊 We have enjoyed lots of outdoor fun including water play to keep up cool, sand castles. We have been enjoying farm tuff trays, dinosaurs fun and lots of circle times singing and reading stories! 🌈🛝

Today we have had lots of fun at nursery!

In babies we have been enjoying enhancing our listening and attention skills by doing singing and story time with friends 🎶📚Whilst also exploring the soft play developing physical skills!

Pre school and toddlers have enjoyed the day in the sunshine having a picnic outside and splashing in the water play practising our filling and emptyibg skills!💦☀️

What a wonderful day at nursery! ☀️

Our children had a fantastic time exploring the sand and water trays, enjoying imaginative play in the garden, and making the most of the beautiful weather. From building, pouring, and splashing to discovering nature and playing with friends, there were smiles and laughter all around.

Learning through play helps develop creativity, confidence, communication, and problem-solving skills, and today was full of exciting opportunities to learn and have fun together.

Today at nursery all rooms have been enjoying lots of sensory play!

This has included sensory bags, and jelly. The babies throughly enjoyed playing with the jelly✨️ Bonus points from them as they were able to sneakily eat some aswell! 🤣

In tods and preschool we enjoyed sensory bags and water play it was fun squeezing the bags and feeling what the texture was like inside!💦✨️

What a wonderful day we had in the garden today! 🌞🌿 The children had so much fun exploring the outdoor environment, enjoying lots of exciting sand and water play, and using their imaginations to create their own adventures. They worked together, shared resources, took turns, and built friendships through their play. It was lovely to see so many smiling faces as they laughed, explored, and discovered new things together. Outdoor play provides so many opportunities for learning, helping to develop confidence, communication, creativity, and physical skills—all while having lots of fun! 💚✨

Today we have had a lovely day across nursery!

We have enjoyed ourdoor fun playing with the usual sand and water activities this morning and afternoon☀️🛝💦

We have also enjoyed an activity inside trying to free the sea animals from the frozen ice!! We all enjoyed this as it enhanced our physical skills when trying to break through❄️🌊🐢🦈

Babies have also been enjoying there sensory play through the day ✨️
