We've got just the thing!

Our 'My Dream Home' Colouring Competition is running throughout the summer holidays, giving little artists the chance to get creative and be in with a chance of winning a fantastic Family Day Out prize! 🎉

Whether their dream home is a castle, a treehouse, a beach hut or something completely out of this world, we'd love to see their imagination come to life.

How to enter:
🎨 Pick up a free colouring sheet from our office
📍 44 Town Street, Marple Bridge
🖍️ Colour it in and return it by 31st August

The competition runs throughout August, so pop in, collect a sheet and enjoy a fun, free activity over the summer holidays.

We can't wait to display all the amazing entries in our office and choose our lucky winner at the end of the month!

Looking for something to do with the kids during the summer break?

The Children's Community Tameside are running a Summer Together Programme with a difference!

It's a free of charge event that takes place at Cedar Park, Ashton-under-Lyne, with activities running every Friday, 11-1pm up until the 28th August including:

⚽ Sports activities
🐑 Petting Zoo
🎬 Outdoor Cinema
🎉 Summer Street Party

There’s something for all ages, and all families who attend will also get to take home a bag of fresh fruit & veg

Before we close the doors on another incredible academic year, we want to take a moment to celebrate someone who has truly made Greave a better place... our very own Miss Honey, the one and only Miss Bennett 🍯✨

After 12 years of unwavering dedication, kindness and commitment, Miss Bennett leaves behind a legacy that will live on in the hearts of so many children, families and colleagues. Her warmth, care and encouragement have helped generations of pupils grow in confidence, believe in themselves and flourish

While we're incredibly sad to see her go, we're also so grateful for everything she has given to our Greave family. She will be missed more than words can say, but the difference she has made will never be forgotten 💚

A huge congratulations to the seven lucky winners of our "Just the Ticket" attendance competition! 🌟

This morning in our Celebration Assembly, we drew one winner for each of the seven weeks this half term. Every pupil with 100% attendance and no late marks had their ticket in the hat... and these seven struck gold! 🍀🎫

Showing up every day really does pay off, and we're so proud of everyone who made attendance a priority this half term 💚

Now it's time for our winners to enjoy their family tickets to Made in Manchester in August... we're sure you're going to have an amazing time making memories together! 🎉🎪

💦💧 Year 6 made a splash today... literally! 💧💦

Today it was time for our much anticipated annual Year 6 water fight 🌊🔫

The fun kicked off in Forest School, where our Year 6's tucked into delicious hot dogs before toasting gooey s'mores over the campfire to fuel up for the battle ahead 🌭🔥🍫

Then it was game on! Each armed with water guns the field became a splash zone as everyone got well and truly drenched 💦😂

We're not sure who had the most fun, but one thing's for certain... Miss Boyle is still drying off! 🤣

A fantastic afternoon full of laughter, memories and one final chance to make a splash together before the big farewell

Now... who's got the tissues ready for tomorrow? 🥹❤️
