Thanks to Friends and Relatives of Greave School the children have started preparing something special for someone at home especially for Fathers Day this coming Sunday!🥰

If you are able to do so, we kindly ask for a voluntary contribution of £3.00 per gift, payable via your ParentPay account

All donations will support ongoing fundraising to benefit our wonderful school community. We are so grateful for your continued support and look forward to celebrating this special occasion together!💙

We wanted to share one of our latest purchases, made possible thanks to the incredible support of our parents, carers, friends, and families

At Greave, we are passionate about outdoor learning and the many benefits it brings to our children and the curriculum. As part of our ongoing commitment to enriching our EYFS outdoor provision, we have recently purchased new tuff trays and stands to enhance learning through play and exploration

To start the term in style we are returning with our ever popular school disco - this time with a summer festival twist!☀️🕶️

🗓️ Date: Wednesday 17th June 2026
EYFS / Key Stage 1 (Nursery, Reception, Y1 & Y2): 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Key Stage 2 (Y3 to Y6): 5:15 PM – 6:15 PM

🎽Children are invited to come dressed in their favorite summer fit - think festival vibes, bright and loud or any outfit that makes them feel like dancing!

🎟️Tickets are £3 which includes a drink and hot dog (vegetarian/gluten free option available). You can book your tickets via your ParentPay account now!

We hope you all had a wonderful and restful half-term break

It’s been fantastic to welcome everyone back today and hear all about the exciting adventures, activities, and memories made over the holidays

We’re looking forward to the next seven weeks, which as ever will be packed with lots of learning, exciting opportunities, and plenty of Greave fun along the way! 🎉📚✨

We are delighted to announce that Greave is launching our very own toddler play and stay group 🐯

Open to all, "Greave's Great Explorers" will run twice a month here at school and offer a variety of activities and expert advice from healthcare/education professionals

The group which is available for little ones up to pre-school age is totally free of charge and our first sessions will be held on -

👶Thursday 17th September, 9.30-11.15am
👶Thursday 1st October, 1.45-3pm

Places are limited and should be booked in advance. You can do this by scanning the QR code on the leaflet or emailing [email protected] detailing your name, the name and age of your little one and the session you would like to attend
