🤩 What a fantastic taster session osito and I had at Glen Jakes Nursery this morning!

🇪🇸 We went on a fabulous trip to Spain - we flew on an avión ✈️ , climbed up the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona, ate chocolate con churros ☕️ and had fun on the playa 🏖️

🤩 The preschool children blew me away with how well they did. We can’t wait to see everyone again soon!

The government childcare website Childcare Choices, helps parents view the range of offers and support which is suitable for them to help fund the costs of childcare. It has information on Tax Free childcare, 2 year old offer, 15 and 30 hours entitlements, tax credits for childcare, universal credit for childcare and support while parents study. This website is also where parents can get their code for the 30 hours entitlement.

After having negative experiences with other nurseries, Glen Jakes was a breath of fresh air! I have two children with additional needs in this nursery and all of the staff are fantastic, nothing is too much hassle and they will go out of their way to make sure both of my children’s needs are fully met (which isn’t always easy!) Leaving your child is never an easy thing to do but here it is, they are cared for loved treated as an individual and they listen to what is important to you and your child. Honestly a hidden gem with beautiful views and fantastic indoor and outdoor areas for all the children.

Our little boy has been coming to Glen Jakes since he was 11 months old. We have always found Glen Jake's nursery to be professional, kind, and very flexible in accommodating to our need for flexible hours, given our shift patterns. Right from the start, they have been so caring, and what we really liked was how they offered the settling in sessions over 1 month, making sure our little one had time to settle in properly. Our son has absolutely thrived whilst being at Glen Jakes - he has made some fantastic friendships and developed some really lovely attachments with the staff. He always tells me how much he loves going to nursery, and these days he doesn’t ever seem to want to leave! Glen Jakes have been fantastic throughout the pandemic too, keeping us informed and protecting all by taking the necessary precautions. We highly recommend Glen Jakes and have never doubted our decision to send our little boy here. Thank you to all the staff, you’re fantastic!
