We’re thrilled to welcome Remi back to our Nina’s Nursery community as our Nursery Manager and Area SENDCo💛
Remi brings a wealth of experience, passion and Early Years knowledge.
We couldn’t be happier to have her supporting our children, families and teams once again. 🫶🏽

We are opening our curiosity approach nursery doors for our autumnal open day on the 1st of November.

Last week, I was nominated and recognised at the Celebration of Women of Black and African Heritage at the Hatworks in Stockport , representing the early years and care sector.

To be acknowledged for my work in early years, surrounded by such powerful, inspiring women, was truly humbling. Each story shared reminded me of the strength, resilience and brilliance that runs through our communities.

A special highlight was receiving my award from our local MP, Lisa Smart, which made the moment even more meaningful.

Thank you to everyone who continues to uplift, encourage and believe in the work we do to make a difference in children’s lives! This recognition is for all of us…

✨ Sensory Adventures with Our Youngest Explorers

This afternoon, our little learners dived into a world of shimmering reflections and fascinating textures, from crinkly fabrics to shiny metals and stackable blocks🌟

Every child discovered something new, building towers that tumbled, creating joyful sounds and giggling as they spotted their reflections during peek-a-boo play🫣

Through this sensory exploration, they weren’t just playing, they were learning to problem solve, experiment and connect with one another🫶🏽

Moments like these spark curiosity, confidence and a lifelong love of learning🌈

🍂Upcoming Autumn Open Day🍂

✨ Today our pre-schoolers and toddlers joined forces for a hands-on water and gravity experiment! Using slides as simple machines, the children discovered how angles affect movement in the most fun way.

From carefully pouring water to racing excitedly to the slides, the activity boosted fine motor skills, coordination, and physical development , all while sparking their curiosity for science and technology.

A perfect mix of play, learning and laughter! 🌈🔬
