It's time for another in our Meet the Team Series and this week I'm so happy to introduce you to Orlando!

Hailing from Baja, Mexico, Orlando is one of our amazing Software Consultants, heading up all things Marketing in Zoho.

If you've worked with us before here at JCM, you might also recognise Orlando from the JCM Helpdesk, where they manage and support all our wonderful clients with their software queries.

Deeply curious and always down for trying something new, and a passion for solving problems, Orlando brings such a fresh set of eyes to everything we do at JCM and you can bet that if there is something new to obscure within Zoho, Orlando has already dived deep into it!

Another new week means another intro in our Meet the Team Series!

This week is the turn of Ann, the newest member of the JCM team! (Though saying "newest", Ann has been with us for 2 years already!)

Ann is one of our amazing Software Consultants, specialising in Zoho's Finance Suite after working as part of the Zoho Finance Suite team at Zoho itself!

We love Ann for her curiosity, ability to deep dive and research anything you give her and her smile that fills up any room (or screen!) she's in!

If you've ever worked with Ann, you know that she's passoinate about making sure the client is getting the exact solution they need and is a fountain of new ideas for continuously improving how we do things here at JCM.

Next up in our Meet The Team Series is the wonderful Angela!

Ange is our Project Administrator, one of Sara's closest friends and maybe the smiliest person in the whole of Stockport?!

Angela is THE person who makes sure every meeting gets booked, every phone call answered, every note completed and every project is up-to-date.

In short, Ange keeps the JCM ship sailing smoothly!

In addition to her supreme Admin skills, Ange is also an incredible business owner in her own right, running Kitch Republic, the most creative and fun place to get your homeware and gifts. (There's a link in the bio. Go and check in out now!).

Ange has the biggest heart, she can't walk past an animal or person in need without offering a helping hand (Did you know there is a pigeon help line that you can phone if you come across a pigeon in need of rescuing?!).

We can't talk about the JCM team without talking about the person who started it all, Chris!

Known to me and Sara as Dad (and Grandad to his 6 grandkids!), Chris started JCM in 2010 with a desire to create a business that prioritised and looked after its people, after coming from a world that took him away from his family and at one point even sent him to the hospital.

If you've ever met my Dad, you know he's the friendliest guy with so many passions in life, one of which is giving back to his community and looking after those around him.

JCM couldn't have had a better start in life with him at the helm for the past 15 years!

After retiring last year (woohoo!) Chris is now fully in his Grandad era and spends most of his time when not with grandkids, in hte mountains of Wales or painting the mountains of Wales!

Of course, we couldn't let him and his 40 years of invaluabl experience escape completely so Chris still acts as our Chairman and strategic advisor.

This week in our Meet the Team series, it's my turn!

Hello!

I'm Elle and I'm the one you hear from all the time if you're reading this post.

I'm the Commercial Director here at JCM and I've been with the business since 2013, ever since I started helping my Dad out while he was running JCM from the tiniest room at home.

I've lived and breathed the JCM story, almost since the beginning, and I love the fact that we've been able to grow to a team of 10 and still keep that family-run vibe.

Since Dad's retirement last year, together with my sister Sara (you can see her post from last week!), we're excited to take JCM into a whole new era!

What an evening!

We had such a great time at Stockport Rocks, an award evening celebrating all the incredible volunteers in our local community.

We had the privilege of sponsoring the Young Volunteer of the Year Award and got to present the winners with their award on stage 🥳

A huge well done to Clare Finch and the team at Sector 3 Stockport for an incredible event and an even bigger well done to all the amazing nominees and winners!

To celebrate turning 16, I thought now would be the perfect time to introduce you to our incredible team and who better to start with than our fearless leader, Sara.

And a note before I carry on, it's Sara as in Sarah, just without the H.....did our Dad misspell her name on her birth certificate?....yes....yes, he did. (Only kidding! She's named after Sara by Fleetwood Mac because she's that cool!)

JCM MD and my sister, Sara, keeps the JCM boat floating!

Maybe the most caring person you could meet, we even coined the term "Sara Care" to describe what Sara is like to work with, whether you're a part of her team or a client.

Sara is the type of person that is going to remember when your birthday is and send you a treat, she wants to hear about that amazing trip you just took and she's more than happy to lend an empathetic ear if you just need to vent!

The fact that she holds so many client check ins that start with "oh my god I just need a minute!" is a testiment to the safe and supportive space that Sara creates for anyone she is speaking to and is living proof of the "people first" approach we love at JCM.

An incredible Mum, my favourite gig buddy and all round bundle of sunshine, JCM couldn't have a better leader!

Going into the weekend ready to turn 16! 🥳

Where have those 16 years gone?!

Thank you to everyone who has supported us along the way and helped us reach the sweet 16.

Here's to many, many more years and a weekend of sunshine and cake 😁

Honoured to have been invited to the opening of the new Zoho UK headquarters yesterday!

Having been Zoho partners for 15 years, it really is incredible to see how far the Zoho presence in the UK has come. I even got to recollect with Suvish Viswanathan on the Zoholics (Zoho's flagship user conference) of 15 years ago, being in a room not too much bigger than the new office! 😅

Thank you so much to Sachin Agrawal, Sridhar Iyengar, Tim Flagg and James Lancaster for some inspiring speeches to kick the morning off and to Shanmuganandhan (Seb) M for inviting Sara Moran and I to be part of the day.

As Sridhar Iyengar said, here's to 30 more years of Zoho growth! 🥳
