🚨‼️BREAKING NEWS FROM THE USA‼️🚨

It has come to our attention this morning via news reports that two fearless climbers have apparently scaled the iconic Empire State Building to unveil a massive banner announcing that AXIS Performing Arts College enrolments for 2027 are now officially open!
It just goes to show the extraordinary lengths people will go to make sure the world hears the message, because when something this exciting happens, subtlety goes out the window.

✨From 18 months old to 18 years old✨

As studio owners, we rarely publicly praise our own children who train with us, as we believe every student deserves equal recognition. But today, we are making a very special exception.

We are beyond proud of our daughter, Madison, who has just graduated from our college with outstanding BTEC results.

Madison has been part of our journey from the very beginning. She started dancing with us at just 18 months old, becoming our youngest-ever student, and at only 20 months old performed in her first show.

She trained at our dance school throughout childhood, later completing her GCSEs and vocational studies in our alternative provision before progressing onto our college programme, where she has spent the last two years.

Madison has completed all of her dance exams, competed at the highest level, and built an incredible professional career. She has performed in pantomimes, TV, musicals and commercial work including Waterloo Road, Nativity! The Musical, Barclays, JD Sports and CBeebies.

She has worked alongside incredible names including Steps, Rylan Clark, Jake Quickenden and S Club 7, and for the last two years has been Dance Captain for professional pantomimes in the Isle of Man.

She has also become a highly respected choreographer for pantomimes, stage and competitions.

Madison received offers from both Laine and Dancebox, an incredible achievement. She has chosen to take a year out to travel, so thankfully we still get to have her around a little longer.

What makes us most proud is the person she is, kind, hardworking, loyal, funny and caring. We adore her, our students adore her, and every teacher thinks the world of her.

She will be greatly missed in our productions, but this is not goodbye. She will still be part of the studio, helping teach, choreograph and support the business.

Madison, we love you more than words can say and could not be prouder.

The best is still to come. ✨❎

Great rehearsals for an even greater show.

Yesterday’s AXIS PERFORMING ARTS COLLEGE end-of-year musical was incredible, and while we didn’t manage to get footage from the actual performance, here are some rehearsal photos and videos to look back on.

On the hottest day of the year so far, in absolutely sweltering conditions, our students still gave it everything and pulled off an amazing performance of Footloose.

Even more impressive , we put this whole show together in just 10 days. Just 10 days of rehearsals, and they absolutely smashed it.

We’re so proud of every single student for their hard work, commitment, and talent. Already excited for next year! 🎭✨

Our amazing AP students had the BEST last day of term! From rocking their non-uniform fits, to a brilliant morning of bowling, followed by an incredible afternoon watching our college musical, it was the perfect way to wrap up the school year. 💫

We’re so proud of every single one of you and all you’ve achieved this year. Wishing all our students and families a fantastic summer filled with fun, rest, and sunshine ☀️

We can’t wait to watch you in your end of year show next week and then welcome you all back in September for another exciting year of creativity, confidence, and performance! ❎
