After smashing their level 3 qualifications these three are off to a wide range of destinations - Graphics student Phoebe has secured a place on a Degree Apprenticeship in Creative Media, Lily is going to University of Bristol to study Biochemistry while high flyer Sam is studying Aeronautical Engineering at the University of Nottingham All the best guys and well done!

These two have a bright future ahead after receiving stunning A level results 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Thomas is off to to study Computer science and Sean is studying Law . He thanks his teachers and says his Politics teacher Luke deserves a pay rise!

Maisie is leaving Aquinas with an A* in German, A in Psychology plus D* in Health and Social Care. She is off to MMU to study Psychology with the long term aim of becoming a teacher of people with a visual impairment. Congratulations Maisie and a good luck for the future! 🎉

Despite the challenging times these three got a fantastic set of results -Georgia is heading to Liverpool to do Psychology, George Politics at Sheffield and Nicola is flying to Hawaii for a year before studying medicine. Well done all!

So many stars! 🤩 This constellation is brought to you by Cara, Becca, Em, Ella and Jeannie who all achieved 3 A*s, with Becca scoring the highest Law A level mark in the country! These talented young ladies are now off to university to start their next steps in Media, English, Law and Art. An incredible achievement, we wish them all the best for the future.

Safe to say Joe was pleased with his results! 😁 After enjoying studying Politics and History at college, he's now off to to study International Relations with a view to pursuing a career in the Civil Service. Well done Joe!

Art students Hannah and Tabitha both gained an impressive set of results - Hannah achieved an incredible 4A*s and is heading to York to study Psychology, while Tabitha is off to Salford to study Animation. "I enjoyed Aquinas for the amazing people I met and the teachers that were incredibly supportive and helped me achieve the grades I wanted" Congratulations both!

Hannah, Jemima and Courtney all took CTEC Sport and achieved an incredible 3 D*s each! Hannah is heading to to study Sport Coaching while Jemima is taking an apprenticeship coaching in Primary Schools. Courtney is heading into a career in Mental Health and says she enjoyed "everything" about college! Good luck and all the best for the future girls!

We are thrilled with the overall results this year and that the dedication of all our staff and hard work of our students has been rewarded with an outstanding set of outcomes. We realise that there has been heightened anxiety this year and are really pleased that the students have done so well.

The commitment, determination and resilience that students have displayed together with the tremendous effort of the staff over the last two years has been justly rewarded. We know how tough it has been, so we hope everyone takes great pride in these results.

Initial analysis shows a pass rate of 99% for A Levels with 360 A*s; A*–B high grades at 70%, 20% higher than 2019 (the last time students sat exams) and A*-C of 88%. Incredible results after such a difficult period. The vocational courses are looking equally as good and every bit as strong as the A levels bearing in mind the recent changes.

We have been surrounded by happy confident students this morning who are thrilled with their results. Currently 83% students have secured a University place and can start to look forward to their next exciting steps in life.

The commitment and care that staff show our students has remained outstanding over the past few difficult years and we have no doubt that these results reflect this approach. Congratulations and well done to all the Aquinas staff and students of 2022!

Remember that you are more than a grade and these results are just a stepping stone to your next destination. The resilience you have shown under such conditions is remarkable. You are all exceptional, inspiring, and talented young people and we couldn’t be prouder of you.

Good luck for tomorrow and congratulations again on your achievements over the past few challenging years.
